Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger entries.

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

  • Prepare bank and account reconciliations on a regular basis.

  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.

  • Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Monitor and manage company expenses and assist with budget tracking.

  • Comply with company policies and accounting standards.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, NC II or a related field.

  • With or Without Experience.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Compensation:

  • Basic Salary - 16,000 per month

  • Government-mandated benefits

  • HMO Card
