Event Stylist / Florist

Position Overview

We are looking for an Event Stylist/Florist who will be responsible for designing and executing creative styling concepts for weddings, corporate functions, and private events hosted by Premia Catering. This role combines floral design, event aesthetics, and production coordination to deliver visually stunning setups that align with client expectations and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Event Styling & Design

• Conceptualize event themes, layouts, and styling elements based on client requirements and company packages.

• Create mood boards, sketches, and sample arrangements for client presentations and approvals.

• Design and execute floral arrangements (centerpieces, bouquets, arches, stage backdrops, etc.) tailored to each event.

• Curate decorative elements such as linens, tableware, props, and lighting accents to complete event aesthetics.

Production & Execution

• Lead the styling and floral team during setup and teardown, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

• Oversee proper care, storage, and transport of flowers, props, and décor materials.

• Coordinate with the Catering Supervisor, Events Coordinator, and vendors for smooth event flow.

• Ensure all event setups meet safety standards and brand quality guidelines.

Inventory & Sourcing

• Manage floral and styling inventory, including flowers, vases, backdrops, and props.

• Source fresh flowers, decorative materials, and styling items within budget and quality requirements.

• Maintain relationships with local suppliers, growers, and rental companies.

Client & Team Collaboration

• Participate in client meetings to understand styling requirements and provide creative recommendations.

• Collaborate with event coordinators, culinary team, and operations to align styling with the overall event concept.

• Train and supervise junior stylists, assistants, or freelance staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event styling, floral design, or related creative roles.

• Strong portfolio showcasing event setups and floral arrangements.

• Knowledge of floral care, seasonal availability, and arrangement techniques.

• Creative eye for color, space, and design details.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: ₱20,000 - ₱25,000 per month (depending on experience)
