Position Overview
The Security Staff is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the office premises, employees, visitors, and company assets. This role involves monitoring access points, enforcing office security protocols, and providing immediate response to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activities.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control access to the office premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry.
Conduct regular patrols within and around the office area to maintain a safe environment.
Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure compliance with security procedures.
Inspect deliveries, packages, and vehicles entering office grounds as needed.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms; escalate to management when necessary.
Maintain detailed reports on daily security activities, incidents, and irregularities.
Enforce office rules and regulations, including safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Assist employees and guests with security-related concerns (e.g., lost items, parking, escorts).
Cooperate with law enforcement or emergency responders when required.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent; security training or certification is an advantage.
Not required but prior experience as a security guard, office security, or related role preferred.
Strong observation and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to handle extended periods of standing or patrolling.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies.
Must have integrity, reliability, and a professional demeanor.

Compensation:
Base Salary: 15,600/month
Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Overtime pay and holiday pay.
