Interns/OJT

Company: Aikon Food Corporation

Locations: San Pedro/Binan, Laguna and Santo Tomas, Batangas

Duration: 200–600 hours

Departments Available:

• Marketing

• Operations

• Graphic Design

• Events Coordination

• Office Administration

• Restaurant (Kitchen & Front-of-House)

General Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day department tasks

• Support restaurant operations, marketing campaigns, or administrative functions

• Participate in planning and executing events (for events coordination trainees)

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas

• Conduct research and create reports (for marketing, office admin, and finance roles) Collaborate with the team for process improvements

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant college/university program

• Willing to complete required OJT hours

• Passion for the food and hospitality industry

• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and adaptability

• Willing to work on-site and flexible schedules (as needed)
