Job Summary:

The Sales Executive for Catering Services is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to clients inquiring about catering packages. This role plays a vital part in promoting the brand, increasing bookings, and supporting coordination efforts to ensure smooth event execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation & Client Acquisition

    • Identify potential corporate clients through prospecting and lead generation.

    • Schedule and attend client meetings to present catering service offerings.

    • Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations.

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

    • Act as main contact for client inquiries related to proposals and contract negotiation.

    • Ensure smooth handover to the events coordination and operations teams.

  • Sales Process Management

    • Maintain updated records of prospects, proposals, and closed deals using CRM or sales tracker.

    • Collaborate with Marketing for campaigns and promotions targeting corporate clients.

  • Coordination & Handover

    • Relay all confirmed event or meal details to Events Coordinator and Catering Operations Supervisor.

    • Attend pre-event briefings or client meetings as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.

  • With experience in B2B sales, preferably in catering, hospitality, or food service.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • With pleasing personality.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

  • Can work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends for events.

  • Willing to travel within Metro Manila and nearby areas for client meetings.


Compensation:

  • Basic Salary - 20,000 per month + Sales Commission

  • Transportation/Communication Allowance

  • Government-mandated benefits

  • HMO Card
