Sales Manager - Head Office

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the sales initiatives of all AIKON Food Corporation brands, including restaurants, catering services, and food product lines. This role focuses on strategy development, team coordination, and performance tracking to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The Sales Manager operates from the Head Office and does not directly engage in field sales but works closely with field executives and other departments to achieve company targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns for all brands.

  • Set monthly and quarterly sales plans aligned with company goals.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic adjustments.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Oversee lead generation efforts and ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create sales-supporting campaigns.

  • Track leads, opportunities, and conversion ratios using Zoho CRM or similar tools.

Sales Team Oversight

  • Coordinate and support Sales Executives and Account Officers.

  • Set performance expectations and ensure adherence to SOPs.

  • Review daily sales reports and ensure timely data entry and documentation.

Sales Performance Monitoring

  • Consolidate and analyze sales data across all brands.

  • Evaluate sales effectiveness and recommend improvements.

  • Provide regular performance reports to the CEO/COO.

Interdepartmental Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align strategies.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent the Sales Department.

Training & Documentation

  • Develop sales SOPs and improve onboarding systems for new hires.

  • Conduct internal training sessions and workshops for the sales team.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail

  • Proven track record in sales team leadership and strategy development

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office, and digital tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Compensation:

  • Basic Salary - 40,000/month
