Executive Chef

We are looking for a Executive Chef to lead recipe development, culinary R&D, and kitchen training across multiple restaurant brands operating under a central commissary system.

This role ensures menu innovation, recipe standardization, and food cost control while maintaining consistent product quality across all locations.


You will work closely with the Commissary Manager, who manages daily production operations. This role focuses on culinary systems, product development, and training, not production supervision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain standardized recipes and product specifications

  • Lead menu development and culinary R&D

  • Conduct yield testing and recipe costing

  • Support menu pricing and food cost targets

  • Train kitchen teams across brands on proper preparation and standards

  • Ensure consistent food quality and execution

  • Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and commissary teams


Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years experience in senior culinary roles (Executive Chef, Corporate Chef, or R&D Chef)

  • Experience in multi-branch restaurants, restaurant groups, or central kitchens

  • Strong knowledge of recipe standardization, food costing, and menu development

  • Experience training kitchen teams and implementing culinary standards

  • Organized and able to manage multiple brands and menu projects


Preferred

  • Experience in commissary or central kitchen systems

  • Experience launching new menu concepts or restaurant brands


Salary and Benefits

  • 50,000 per month plus performance incentives

  • Performance-Based Incentives: up to ₱25,000

  • Government mandated benefitsA

*Note: Incentives are performance-based and are not guaranteed fixed pay.

San Francisco Road, Saint Francis Homes IV, Barangay San Francisco,

Binan City, Laguna (near national highway)
