Server/Cashier

We are looking for Server/Cashier who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer payments accurately. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections

• Take accurate food and beverage orders

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally

Serving Duties

• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly

• Ensure tables or service areas are clean and organized

• Monitor customer needs and provide timely assistance

Cashiering Duties

• Operate the cash register/POS system accurately

• Process cash, credit, and digital payments

• Issue receipts and provide correct change

• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts

General Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

• Follow company policies and food safety regulations

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in food service is required

• Basic math and cash handling skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Salary and Benefits

• ₱15,600 per month plus service charge
