Restaurant Team Leader

We are looking for Restaurant Team Leaders who will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading staff to achieve high performance standards. This role acts as a bridge between management and front-line employees, maintaining efficiency, quality, and a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Team Supervision

  • Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff during shifts

  • Assign duties and ensure all team members follow procedures

  • Train new employees and support ongoing staff development

2. Customer Service

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience at all times

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

  • Maintain a welcoming and clean dining environment

3. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations (opening/closing, shift flow)

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for restocking

4. Performance Monitoring

  • Track team performance and provide feedback

  • Ensure service speed, quality, and accuracy meet standards

  • Assist in achieving sales targets and operational goals

5. Cash & Reporting

  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in billing

  • Assist in preparing daily sales reports and shift summaries


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 2 years restaurant experience

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or food service role

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  • Must be willing to work weekends/holidays

  • Must be comfortable handling customer complaints

Salary and Benefits

  • 18,000 per month plus service charge

  • Performance Incentive (KPI based)

  • Paid Leave

    *Note: Incentives are performance-based and are not guaranteed fixed pay.
