Job Summary:
The Management Trainee – Food Service Operations will undergo structured training to develop leadership skills and operational knowledge in either the restaurant, catering or commissary division. This role is designed for individuals with growth potential who are being prepared for future supervisory or managerial positions within AIKON FOOD CORPORATION.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in rotational training in core areas such as operations, inventory, customer service (if assigned to restaurant), or production and packaging (if assigned to commissary).
Learn and apply company standard operating procedures related to food safety, hygiene, service quality, and workplace discipline.
Support daily operations under the guidance of a operations manager including task delegation, staff coordination, and issue resolution.
Assist in monitoring inventory, supplies, and equipment relevant to the assigned department.
Attend scheduled evaluations and submit periodic training reports and performance reflections.
Contribute to process improvements, staff motivation, and team productivity.
Follow training plans, safety guidelines, and performance standards set by the company.
Qualifications:
Fresh Graduates of Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or any related course.
Willing to be assigned to restaurant, catering or commissary, based on operational needs.
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership potential, and a proactive mindset.
Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Fast learner, detail-oriented, and capable of handling pressure.
With internship or OJT experience in restaurant or hotel operations is a plus.
Willing to undergo extensive on-the-job training and rotational shifts.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and a willingness to learn.

Compensation:
Base Salary - ₱16,000.00/month
