Food Quality Control Officer (Foodtech)

AIKON Food Corp is strengthening its central commissary operations and is hiring a Quality Control Officer to elevate food safety, production discipline, and product consistency across multiple restaurant brands and catering services.


This is not a clerical QA role, this position plays a critical role in protecting product integrity and driving operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enforce HACCP, GMP, and food safety protocols

  • Identify and monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs)

  • Conduct batch inspections and approve/reject product release

  • Perform portion and yield audits

  • Track production waste and variances

  • Ensure accurate documentation and traceability

  • Conduct shelf-life validation and storage compliance checks

  • Escalate non-conformances to leadership

  • Work closely with R&D Chef and Commissary Manager on corrective actions


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology

  • 3–5 years experience in food manufacturing or commissary production

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations

  • Experience in yield analysis and batch production control

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

  • Confident in enforcing standards and escalating issues


Preferred

  • Experience in multi-brand food production

  • Experience in chilled/frozen food systems

  • Background in waste reduction initiatives


Salary:

  • ₱30,000 - ₱40,000/month (depending on experience)

  • Government Mandated Benefits

  • Performance Incentives
