AIKON Food Corp is strengthening its central commissary operations and is hiring a Quality Control Officer to elevate food safety, production discipline, and product consistency across multiple restaurant brands and catering services.
This is not a clerical QA role, this position plays a critical role in protecting product integrity and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce HACCP, GMP, and food safety protocols
Identify and monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs)
Conduct batch inspections and approve/reject product release
Perform portion and yield audits
Track production waste and variances
Ensure accurate documentation and traceability
Conduct shelf-life validation and storage compliance checks
Escalate non-conformances to leadership
Work closely with R&D Chef and Commissary Manager on corrective actions
Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology
3–5 years experience in food manufacturing or commissary production
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
Experience in yield analysis and batch production control
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Confident in enforcing standards and escalating issues
Preferred
Experience in multi-brand food production
Experience in chilled/frozen food systems
Background in waste reduction initiatives
Salary:
₱30,000 - ₱40,000/month (depending on experience)
