AIKON Food Corp is hiring Production Cooks (Level 2) for our central commissary kitchen that supplies multiple restaurant brands and catering services.
This is a batch production role, focused on consistency, portion control, and strict adherence to standardized recipes. This is not a restaurant line cook position.
We are looking for disciplined, reliable cooks who can work in a structured production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute standardized recipes accurately and consistently
Perform batch cooking according to daily production schedule
Maintain portion accuracy using weighing and measuring tools
Follow production SOPs and food safety standards (HACCP)
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation
Minimize waste through proper handling and portioning
Report production issues or deviations immediately
Work closely with Production Supervisor and Quality Control
Qualifications
At least 2–3 years experience in high volume kitchen or food production (required)
Experience must be specifically in commissary kitchens, catering facilities, or industrial food production environments
Ability to follow recipes strictly (no improvisation)
Knowledge of proper portioning and measurement
Familiar with basic food safety practices
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented
Reliable attendance and punctuality
*Applicants without high volume kitchen experience may not be considered.
Salary:
₱19,500/month
