We are looking for a dependable and experienced Cook to join our production kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing food in large batches according to standardized recipes, maintaining food quality, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This role supports multiple outlets by producing consistent, high-quality ingredients and meals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items in large batches following standardized recipes and production schedules

  • Ensure consistency in food quality, portioning, and preparation

  • Assist in food prep such as chopping, marinating, cooking sauces, and preparing ingredients for distribution

  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the commissary kitchen and equipment

  • Assist with packing, portioning, and preparing items for delivery to outlets when needed


Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years cooking experience required.

  • Previous experience in a commissary kitchen, production kitchen, or similar food preparation role preferred

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions accurately

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Physically capable of standing for long periods and handling large batch preparations


Salary:

  • ₱19,500/month

  • Government Mandated Benefits

  • Performance Incentives

    *Note: Incentives are performance-based and are not guaranteed fixed pay.

San Francisco Road, Saint Francis Homes IV, Barangay San Francisco,

Binan City, Laguna (near national highway)
