Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Catering Manager who can take charge of client coordination, event execution, and team operations—while ensuring flawless service and satisfied guests every time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client & Event Management
Lead the coordination and planning of catering events, from inquiry to execution
Ensure all client expectations are met or exceeded on event day
2. Operations Oversight
Supervise day-to-day catering logistics: staffing, scheduling, transport, equipment, and food dispatch
Ensure timely food preparation and accurate order delivery
Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs with staff
3. Sales & Business Development
Drive catering sales through B2B and B2C marketing, client referrals, and promotions
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and seasonal offers
Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and event organizers
4. Team Supervision
Oversee catering staff: coordinators, waiters, event crew, and logistics team
Manage training, task assignments, and performance evaluations
Enforce dress code, attendance, and customer service standards
5. Budget & Cost Control
Monitor event budgets, pricing, and profitability
Ensure minimal wastage and efficient resource allocation
Process billing, payment tracking, and post-event reports
6. Quality & Compliance
Enforce sanitation, food safety, and equipment handling procedures
Ensure all permits and documentation are updated (e.g., health, fire, venue permits)
Resolve complaints and issues professionally and promptly
Qualifications & Requirements:
Have at least 3 years supervisory or managerial experience in catering, hospitality, or events management
Are a strong leader who can manage logistics and people with ease
Love planning and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
Know how to handle clients and keep events running on time
Are willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about service excellence
Salary:
Base Salary - ₱30,000 – ₱35,000/month
