Job Summary
Premia Catering is looking for a Catering Manager to lead daily catering operations, client coordination, and event execution. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations from booking to event day, while maintaining service quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who is organized, hands-on, results-driven, and experienced in managing teams, timelines, and multiple events at once.

(near Southwoods City)
(May require on-site event supervision in nearby areas depending on event schedules.)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: ₱45,000 – ₱50,000 per month (depending on experience)
Performance-Based Incentives: Additional ₱5,000 – ₱15,000 per month
Potential Total Monthly Compensation: ₱50,000 – ₱65,000
Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
*Performance incentives are tied to monthly KPI achievement, including:
Sales target achievement
Event gross margin performance
Client satisfaction ratings
Repeat bookings/account retention
Zero major operational errors during events
Note: Incentives are performance-based and are not guaranteed fixed pay.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end catering operations (inquiries, planning, preparation, dispatch, event execution, and post-event coordination)
Coordinate with clients regarding event requirements, menu selections, timelines, setup, and service expectations
Work closely with kitchen/production, purchasing, logistics, and service teams to ensure readiness and smooth execution
Create and manage event schedules, manpower assignments, and operational checklists
Ensure service quality, food presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism during events
Supervise on-site event operations and resolve issues quickly and effectively
Maintain high client satisfaction and handle concerns or feedback professionally
Track key performance metrics and submit regular reports (sales, events handled, client feedback, operational issues, etc.)
Support business growth through strong coordination, repeat clients, and service consistency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, HRM, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in catering/banquets/events is strongly preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving ability
Can work under pressure and manage multiple events/projects simultaneously
Knowledge of costing, margins, and operational controls is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs)
Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedules
